No. The screen appears to have a mat finish when the display is off.

Does this work as two monitors ? would you need to use a docking station (for macbook pro) and run two hdmi cables into the monitor to use it as two?

The monitor has 3 ports: 2 hdmi ports & 1 display port. You could use a combination of any 2 of those ports (with the corresponding cables) connected to 2 source inputs to project multiple screens onto the monitor.

I will be needing to have a riser stand for the monitor can someone tell me the exact dimension of the stand LxWxD so it fits ?

The stand that came with my monitor was 18-5/8" wide by 9-1/4 inches deep and it slipped into an opening on the back of the monitor. The bottom of the monitor was 4-1/8" above the desktop when it was perpendicular to the desk. The monitor can tilt on the stand. According to the Setup Guide, it can tilt forward 1.5 degrees or backward, up to 15 degrees. I am considering mounting my monitor to the wall behind the desk instead of using the provided stand. The monitor feels a little too close because the face monitor sits about midway between the front and back of the stand, bringing it 4.5" to 5" forward from the back of the desktop. The top of the monitor sits 18-1/2 inches above the desktop. Actually, mine sits 18-1/4" above on the left and 18-3/4" on the right end. I haven't found any adjustment for this, other than shimming the left leg. This is another reason that I am looking at mounting it to the wall. I hope this helps answer your questions.

None that I can tell, notice the 52s are all renewed or third party but the 50s can be had new. Sounds like the 52 was a model number for a specific retailer be resold on amazon. All the online data and reviews are for the 50s, no mention of a 52.
