This device may work for someone else but it actually made it more difficult for me to breathe. I tried wearing it multiple times as I was traveling out of town and sharing a hotel room with others and didn't want my snoring to keep them up but I had to take it out because I wasn't able to sleep. I tried three nights to wear it. I knocked it out the first night and the other two I had to take it off because it was just hard to breathe. I don't believe I had it in wrong but it comes with no real instructions and that is something it could improve upon. I saw a commercial for a similar device and thought I would go with this brand but I am not using the device at all.

Don’t fit up your nose! Actually pretty funny. The good reviews are obviously pplwho made the worthless product. Hurts putting up nose me n my boyfriend tried product! Forced to breathe out of mouth!

I gave it a 3 because although I felt like I could breathe easier, it was a bit uncomfortable which I think I could have dealt with but what I couldn't deal with was how it smelled...I tried but yuck.

Waste of money. Air intake is poor. Fits properly but I end up mouth breathing because of lack of oxygen through the nose.

Returned after attempting to use one night. Smell terrible and do nothing for breathing.

These items do not help whatsoever with snoring. In fact, it makes breathing more difficult and louder.
