After shelling out more than $1,200 for a Whitehaus Collection Vintage III Bridge Faucet, Bar Sink Faucet and matching Pot Filler for our Kitchen Remodel in 2012, imagine my surprise to realize that the cartriges in these stunning, high-end faucets were absolute garbage. Once a year at least one cartridge would fail (leak) and need to be replaced. The only place to find these was directly from Whitehaus Collection and they sold them for $60 each! That one heck of an reocurring dividend for them on a $1,200 sale especially when you count the number of times I also had to replace o-rings and nylon washers to prevent leaks elsewhere on the body of the faucets! It was so common that something would fail that I'd buy a spare cartridge or o-ring each time I had to order a replacement from the manufacturer. Frustrated, I made it my quest to find the 3rd party supplier of these cartridges. I tried off and on for years but to no avail. Underterred, I started mapping out the threads, length, splines etc of the OEM cartridge and with every order of a $60 replacement cartridge, I'd search Amazon and other plumbing suppliers and ecommerce platforms to find a lower cost replacement. Finally, last week EUREKA... I got this PAIR of hot and cold all brass ceramic cartridges for $10 with free prime shipping and not only did they fit perfectly but they also work perfectly, no leaks, smooth operation and the water turns off when you turn the handle. Fingers crossed, they will last as long or longer than the ones from the OEM. They worked so well, that I came back and bought 4 more sets - 8 cartridges for less than the price of one from the manufacturer. Now I have in inventory to last me a few years with no fear that they might someday dissapear off of Amazon. Buy these if you have a Whitehaus Collection Vintage III bridge faucet!!! 10 out of 10!

I was getting tired of our very expensive kitchen faucet dripping about once every 15 to 30 seconds and tried sourcing a replacement valve at two local hardware stores. No luck. I looked up the brand/vendor for the Swiss made KWC faucet and found that the OEM valve a was available from one supplier in the US at the outlandish rip-off price of $66 per valve. I was almost prepared to buy it until I found that shipping was around an additional $75. Yikes! I took careful measurements of my existing valve and compared them with the very detailed drawings on this vendors page to make sure I got the right fit. I got two valves for less than 10% of the shipped price of a single OEM replacement. I only needed one. It arrived in Hawaii in a few days, installed easily in less than 3 minutes. Perfect fit and has a nice solid action feel. No more drips. 100% satisfied!

I purchased these to fix a drip on a kitchen sink faucet installed nine years prior. They've been in service for two years and are trouble free. I couldn't find them locally and comparable cartridges were priced two to three times higher. the value and quality are great.

Worked well. Slightly shorter too threaded portion) than the one it replaced- was able to raise faucet body itself so that the shortness was compensated for. Measure carefully before ordering to be sure of a easy job.

My wife thinks that these are much smoother than the previous valves. They seem to work great with no leaks...so far.

I measured before I purchased and it fits perfectly except that the spline is too long. So the handle wobbles. NO PROBLEM! It's brass and brass is great because it doesn't burr over - it cuts clean. So a few minutes on the sander and chamfer it by hand with a drill and the screw slides in no problem. Couldn't be happier! The screws are a bit skinny but the ones I took out fit and are better quality (1950's?) My bathroom faucet is very old but the quality is outstanding and I didn't want to replace it so this was a phenomenal fix!

Hi very impressed worked and very pleased with product .Quality and work as advertised purchased a few months ago if any problems arise i'll do an update .Price was reasonable very easy to install after taps old part removed this one slid in place perfectly no problem a very good product.My Personal opinion company unaware of my review. Perfect fit for my widespread bathroom Faucet that I couldn’t identify. I hope it will last long or else it’s a waste of money and may cause water damage. Detailed measurements of the cartridge on Amazon made it possible for me to match the specs using a caliper.

Item cracked, splitting at the bottom from the top at the threading, causing water to shoot out of it, and water damage in my bathroom. Poor construction and workmanship on the unit, which is likely the case with most of these no name products. Buy at your own risk.
