how do you keep it from caking as mine turned into a solid chunk?

Are you sprinkling into food over a hot pot? That’s what’s making it cake up. The steam gets into the container, when it dries, it clumps together. Sprinkle it into your hand or into a small bowl and pour it in the pot. Don’t pour it directly over the pot.

Does this only taste like salt? I cook ethnic foods and don't want to add any flavors other than saltiness to my dishes. Mrs. Dash didn't work for me

NO it is like Mrs.Dash, It has no salt flavor at all to me, you would be better off with Morton's NoSalt as Benson,s has an herb taste.
