Prestige Pressure Regulator Weight Whistle for Prestige Brand Pressure Cookers - Old Models

We lost the whistle by getting stuck into the kitchen side paths. We really worried about getting new one because it is difficult to get one which matches the indian make and it should fit, but our hope came in right time when we search through amazon. this product helped us in right time and now we are using it, really works well and fits in Prestige cooker which we bought it from India. The picture shows a weight with a cavity that fits over the nipple that sticks out of the pressure cooker lid. This is not what I received. I got something that looked like the picture but with a threaded stem coming out of it, and a separate nipple thingy that is female threaded to fit on this stem. I was totally confused. If you thread the nipple thingy onto the thing and then pull firmly on the thing, it comes out and you have something that looks like the picture. I think the threaded stem thingy is a replacement for the stem that is coming out of the cooker lid. No instructions were provided. I tried to put the weight onto my lid's stem but it did not fit, the weight's hole was too small. I suppose I could try to swap this new stem with the original stem on the cover. That sounds kinda dicey. This will be under pressure and if it is loose that sounds dangerous. I give up.
