Man. This sauce is a winner. I can see why it has gotten so many positive reviews and so many awards. I don't even like cherries, and this sauce is still da bomb. It's got a deep, dark, fruity flavor, the consistency of blended salsa, and a bright, front-of-the-mouth, lingering habañero heat. Put this on something where you want a bold flavor to stand out, sometimes in place of a barbecue sauce, other times in place of salsa, but not exactly in place of either. Examples: I just put it on tenders where it functioned _beautifully_, if you eat meat you could put it alongside meat and rice, and I definitely plan to put it on tacos, quesadillas, and nachos, but I would not put on a grilled cheese, a pizza, or something with bacon. Five out of five. This bottle won't last long.

Great flavor. Nice heat and I can put it on everything. The cherry flavor comes through in a good way. Now Ghost Island has a new side kick, my two very favorites. Karma Sauce is the best!

Love this sauce on my morning breakfast and eggs. It also tastes great when I mix it with my Ketchup and make spicy ketchup for my fries. Just enough heat and not overbearing. If you are sensitive to spicy food, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Highly suggested if Taco Bell/Del Taco hot sauce packets are no longer "spicy." Tastes better too!

Good heat is great but taste is okay. I think need little more improvement. But overall it’s not bad

I got this in a Fuego Box a few years ago, and it was one of my favorite hot sauces ever. I ignored some warnings in other reviews that isn't not the same anymore and gave them one more chance. This sauce used to be only slightly spicy but incredibly delicious. It is now the opposite. Incredibly hot and you can barely taste any cherry. No reason to get this anymore.

Hands down some of the best tasting hot sauce I have ever had. I'm from Buffalo and this sauce was made right down the 90 in Rochester. If they ever need a test dummy for their sauces I'm their guy. Tastes awesome on wings, chicken kabobs, pulled pork sammiches, chicken finger strips, by itself, the list is endless really.

One of my new favorite fruit sauces for sure. The sweetness of the cherries is perfectly balanced out with the acidity from the citrus and vinegar, and is complemented very nicely by the warmth of the spices and the medium heat of the habaneros. Don't sleep on this one.
