My most trusted brand.
NOW brand is the first I look for if I need supplements. I keep their bee proplolis on hand in case anyone in the house starts to feel off, like scratchy throat or swollen glands, or healing from a scrape or cut. I keep it in my system until I feel better, and that’s rarely more than a few days. I have gone years without a cold.
