Good pillow. Unfortunately, I ordered the firm which is really firm. Looking forward to trying the softer version. Using the firm on the couch as a back support and it works great for that.

This pillow is hard and ridiculously sized. It is about the right size for a toddler not a full grown adult! Waste of time and effort. Hopefully I'll be refunded. I'm sending it back.

Have been searching for a pillow like this for a long time now. This is a little harder than I had wanted but it's good. Unfortunately it smells gross and I cannot for the life of me get it out! Came with a nice case which already has a hole. Not happy about that obviously. But it was a good price and shipped fast. Hoping I won't have to continue to sleep with dryer sheets inside pillow case for long. Definitely wish I could find a little softer...
