How long do they last?

I have had my box for months now, over six, and they are still awesome. I keep them in a cool dark room that I use as a pantry. Had to buy these because hubby will only eat Dukes.

Do these need to be refrigerated?

No refrigeration needed at all. That's the beauty of them! ;)

Do these open easily? Like without a scissors?

I think so! Opens like a normal condiment package like ketchup and mustard I thought.

What is the expiration date or shelf life of these packets?

There is no expiration date on any of the packets, and they didn't come in a Heinz box, so I can't tell what their shelf life is, but it takes me months to use up the 200 packets I bought, and they seem to be fine. Sorry I can't offer more info. Hope this helps.
