Great pan
This pan is exactly what I needed and does what it is supposed to. It heats up quickly and the nonstick coating works really well. I haven't used it to make a rolled omelets, but I have used it to make "egg patties" for breakfast sandwhiches. The shape is also great for making egg sheets for a high protein wrap or that can be cut into egg ribbons

Best Tamagoyaki pan I have found . . .
I have been looking for a good Tamagoyaki pan for a while. Unfortunately, there are a lot of poorly made Tamagoyaki pans on the market. The Techef Tamagoyaki pan is the best I have found for home use. The pan is surprisingly heavy for aluminum, which is a good thing in cookware. The cooking surface is perfectly flat. The thick non-stick coating should last for years, if not subjected to high heat. The handle is well insulated. I was a little apprehensive the first time making a rolled egg in this pan because I was using JustEgg, an egg substitute made from mung beans. Beans are primarily starch which tend to stick to pans more than proteins. The pan performed flawlessly. The rolled egg was perfect! My rolled eggs have improved substantially with this pan. The best rolled eggs I have ever made. I am very pleased with the Techef Tamagoyaki Pan. P.S. The Vovoly spatula is Perfect accessory for rolling the Japanese omelettes. It is the perfect width for this pan. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BN5Y8DQR?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1

Great little pan.
It is exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would complain about is that there isn't a lid. I knew it when I bought it but I took off one star because of it. I also bought 2 silicone spatulas specifically to use with the pan. The pan interior is about 5 1/4 inches wide and the spatulas are 4 3/4 inch wide. They work great. Its easiest to use them both at the same time when rolling the eggs. The nonstick surface is slippery and the pan cleans easily. I would recommend this pan. It would be perfect if there were a lid.

Great pan at a great price!
Makes excellent Japanese omelettes exactly as advertised! High quality pan that conducts heat evenly and makes it very easy to use. The nonstick quality of the pan makes rolling the eggs very easy.

Must have pan!!!
This pan is absolutely amazing! I feel it will last quite a long time if taken care of and used properly. We have been needing a good omelette pan and this is great. We do make the Japanese omelets in it which always come out perfect. The size we purchased was the smaller one and we are happy we did. We may purchase the larger one for regular omelettes. This is a must have pan. Very happy with our purchase.

Un must!!

TeChef - Tamagoyaki Japanische Omelette Pfanne Eierpfanne
