Aktiv Revvll One - Endless Rope Resistance Trainer for continual Rope Training with Adjustable continuously Variable Resistance

I love my Revvll One! If you're in the market for one piece of exercise equipment, this isn't it, but if you're like me and you already have a variety of stuff, the Revvll One is an amazing addition to your arsenal. I already had 13 different cardio stations in my personal home gym. Since most cardio stations involve the legs, I was interested in a machine that primarily emphasizes the upper body and core. The Revvll One is perfect. It can be mounted almost anywhere and it doesn't take up a huge amount of space like the other rope pulling machines that can cost thousands of dollars. The resistance adjustability is easy, the rope doesn't destroy your hands, it's smooth and it gives a great workout. I set a timer for a set amount of minutes and it's a magnificent part of my workout circuit.

I had a surplus of income, and just said screw it buying this. After I got it hooked up at my gym I had instant buyers remorse. It works fine, but the fact you have to constantly adjust the resistance knob at the right tension and height is annoying. You'd think for how expensive this thing is they would label a number system (I'm fitness coach and all my clients said the same thing). Also, I didn't feel confident this tubing would last because I felt it stretch as I would pull on it at the highest tension (it seriously looks like cheap bike tire tubing).I returned it after and Aktiv deducted $60 off what I paid for....which shows how greedy this company is. In my 13 years in fitness coaching, this is the most overpriced and overrated fitness item I've ever used. You're better off putting you're money toward other tools.

Wie auch der aerosling so ist auch der revvll one von aerobis ein sehr innovatives Trainingsgerät mit hervorragenden Materialeigenschaften. Die Produkte von aerobis sind allesamt etwas teurer, aber jeden Cent wert. Das Material, die Verarbeitung und Robustheit der Geräte rechtfertigen den höheren Preis gegenüber Konkurrenzprodukten in jeder Hinsicht. Der revvll ist zudem sogar konkurrenzlos auf dem Trainingsmarkt. Mir jedenfalls ist kein Endlosseiltrainer eines anderen Herstellers (zumindest nicht in dieser Kompaktheit) bekannt. Der revvll one ist robust und einfach in der Handhabung. Das Kunststoff/Gummiseil liegt gut in der Hand und hat einen sehr angenehmen Grip. Der Widerstand lässt sich leicht und stufenlos einstellen. Etwas überrascht war ich von der statischen Aufladung. Wenn man ein paar "Runden" gezogen hat, dann lädt sich der revvll offenbar durch die Reibung im Inneren elektrisch auf, was dazu führt, dass man einen kleinen "Schlag" bekommt, wenn man das Gehäuse dann anschließend wieder anfasst. Im Grunde ist das nicht weiter überraschend, da ich in Turnschuhen auf einem Teppich stand und natürlich nicht "geerdet" war. Aber ich hätte auch nicht gedacht, dass das erforderlich ist. Das Training selber macht Spaß, konzentriert sich aber naturgemäß vornehmlich auf die Muskulatur im Oberkörper, der dann aber von "leicht" für das Aufwärmen bis "schwer" für anstrengendes Zug-Training gefordert werden kann. Ein sehr innovatives und hochwertiges Trainingsgerät, das ich empfehlen kann.

During the covid cocooning I needed to find a way to keep fairly active but being disabled I am limited in what I can do, I am restricted but not lazy. I bought this because I lost weight using an endless rope in the gym and thought it looked a reasonable approximation of the gym kit.The first few uses seemed to allow me to get the same feel as the gym and I got my heart rate up and thought that I could work through the cocooning to keep fit so that when the gyms reopened I wasn't going back in a fat and unfit position.Straight away there was a small annoying problem where the tension setting would slacken off during use which was annoying especially when you are in the middle of a HIIT type cardio session. The after about a month (if that) of use the bearings started to fail and three dropped out so it's now needing to go back to Germany for repairing but at the moment I cannot print the slip or pay to ship it back as I am unable to get out of the house. So I have an expensive piece of kit that is just not fit for purpose. I am disappointed because I really need my physical exercise to maintain my mental and physical health in these challenging times.If you have any level of fitness that allows you to use it for more that 30 seconds at a time, from my experience don't bother as it will not keep up with you and a failure may occur quickly. For the money I would expect a level of life expectancy for the item longer than I got.Perhaps I just got a bad one but until I can get it returned I don't know.

Ich bin Selbstständiger Fitness Trainer und muss leider sagen ! Für dass was es kann ist der Preis eine Frechheit.Zum allem Überfluss hat sich das Kugellager nun auch noch verabschiedet obwohl der revvl one nur selten benutzt wurde.

Der revvll one ist hervorragend nutzbar für intensive Oberkörper-Workouts speziell für die Belastung der Arm- und Schultermuskulatur. Je nach Leistungsstand kann der Widerstand stufenlos reguliert werden und bietet auch für unterschiedliche Belastungsschemata jeweils die richtige Lösung.Da das Seil nach dem Nachfassen sehr schnell stehen bleibt ist es für bestimmte Übungen (Trizepsstrecken, Oberkörper-Twist) nicht für jeden gut nutzbar, da der Anfangswiderstand etwas hoch ist. Daher "nur" 4 Sterne.
