"One of the best tripods buttery smoooooth"
First, I ordered Kodak T230 and found the product defective. So, I returned and order this Tripod Simpex VCT-888RM and to my surprise, it turned out to be a fantastic one. I am totally satisfied with this because it is very smooth. It is very good one for both dslr and mobile. Guys don't go for cheaper ones. This kind of tripods are amazing, professional and very durable.

BEST BUDGET FLUIDIC VIDEO TRIPOD
Before I choose this tripod, I did some research more than 2 weeks for buying the FLUIDIC VIDEO TRIPOD within my budget 4000₹, I was in dailamo situation between vanguard cx203ap & simpex vct-888rm, vanguard cx203ap got a lot of positive reviews for photography and it doesn't have FLUIDIC head for taking a smooth videos, finally I decided to buy this simpex vct888rm the only reason is FLUIDIC HEAD for taking the VIDEOS. My assumption is right, It helps to take Butter smooth video, it is sturdy and strong, Build quality also good, In LOCKS, they used quality plastics. The only cons of this tripod, it doesn't have hook bottom of the tripod, which helps to hang the weight to avoid the vibration and to stable the Tripod.

Excellent
The product is very gud, it’s movement is very soft. Height is also sufficient about 6 ft. Overall gud value for money. Only one issue I didn’t get the mobile mount accessory with it as shown in order. Thanks amazon
