What is the dimension of the larger size plateau? Will it hold a 1500 piece puzzle?

I really like this board and the drawers help with sorting the colors and pieces of the puzzles. I measured my board.....It is only 30 inches by 22 inches. It will hold the smaller pieces of 1000 piece puzzles... but not the larger size pieces of a 1000 piece puzzle.

Would this fit on top of a standard TV tray, or would it be too unstable with too much over-hang? Thank you.

Hi,The items measures 20½" x 28½. It would all depend on how big and stable your TV tray is. This item does have some weight to it but without further information i can't say if the over-hang would be a problem.Best,Bits and Pieces USA
