A favorite!
This is a really good soup. I'm typically not a soup person but I love this. Sometimes I mix it with rice, sometimes eat it plain. The thing I love best is that I don't have to add anything to it, it just tastes great as it is!

Simply delicious!!
Before I tried that soup, I NEVER ate canned soup. I make my own delicious soups. I only bought that once, at my supermarket because I love Amy’s other products and I needed a soup. I LOVED the taste SO MUCH that I bought more and more and now I have a monthly subscription on Amazon. It’s delicious and all the ingredients are organic and healthy. Love the taste of cilantro and other ingredients. If I had to change one thing, I would slightly lessen the oil content. I generally add a bit of water before warming it, and voila!

Incredible soup
Wow. I don't quite know where to start. I am personally not a huge soup eater. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate a warm soup during cold winters, one made at home with fresh vegetables. But canned soups? I steer away from those at all seasons of the year. I get thrown off by the chunkiness, and the flavour often horrifies me. The strange blend of all types of spices that do not adhere to the flavour palette of the soup. The garlic flavour that overwhelms each scoop, a flavour that stays lingering in my mouth for days later. I could go on and on with this description, but I don't have to; this soup was different. When I first opened the can, though the ingredients of this soup appealed to me a little more than others, I had extremely low hopes. I warmed it up in the microwave and carried the steaming hot soup to my table. I was unexcited, and quite frankly scared that the flavour of this soup would be similar to the terrible canned soup I had eaten a few days prior (out of necessity). But it didn't take long, in fact, just a modest spoonful of it, for me to realise just how different this soup was. How distinct, how unique, how delightful this soup is. It is lacking that typical canned soup chunkiness, with its biggest pieces of food simply being quinoa and some tiny pieces of kale and red lentil. The tomato-ey broth is only ever-so slightly watery, perfectly coating your palate at every spoonful. It is possible to distinguish some individual ingredients from the broth itself, something that rarely happens in canned soups. Then comes the small kick of spice, which wraps you with an energising and invigorating energy. I devoured this soup faster than I would have ever imagined. I will be buying much more of it, perhaps to consume outside of the winter months as well. And you should too. Allow this soup to bring you onto its incredible journey of mouthwatering goodness and divine flavours. P.S. Please do not use this soup as 'pasta sauce', as another Amazon user did. I highly recommend the consumption of this soup by itself, as a solo piece, so as to be able to live a truly unique experience (and the kale is there for a reason).

Kale, Quinoa and Red Lentil Tasty
The Kale, Quinoa and Red Lentil is tasty with 2 Tbsp of corn or dehydrated corn mixed in. Just ok without it. Ingredients seem pretty healthy and not as many carbs as other soups.

I Love this flavor of Amy's soup but......
I have purchased 16 cases of this soup in the last 2-3 years which is 192 cans. It is without a doubt my Favorite soup of all time. Sadly, because of severe price gouging manipulation I will no longer buy this soup. In the past I have paid $22 per case, $28 per case, and $32 per case but never more than $32 per case until recently they raised the price to $53 per case which is totally outrageous and unacceptable for 12 - 14 ounce cans of soup. I wrote to the company and asked them why they more than doubled the price of this soup and their explanation was totally insufficient and a whole lot of BS. They should have just told me the truth and stated they want to make more money and they think they can sell it at $53 per case and make a fortune off people who don't realize that no soup is worth the money they are charging which works out to $4-$5 per can of 14 ounce soup. All their other flavored soups have doubled or more in price also. There are other soups on Amazon that only cost about $2.50 for a 19 ounce can. I will miss Amy's soup it was Great while it lasted!

I usually hate canned soup
I am not sure why I even bought this soup, I usually hate canned soup. I don't like the (imagined?) metallic taste I usually get with canned soups and either order soup from a Chinese restaurant or buy one in a glass jar. Since becoming vegetarian and aiming for full on vegan, I have been looking for easy meals to have without much prep and that don't contain animal products. I know Amy's is always good quality and this flavor seemed very different from most canned soups so I took a chance. First, who isn't going to feel healthier eating quinoa, kale and lentils all at once? This soup is made with quality ingredients without any nasty fillers or weird oils. All the ingredients are clean, familiar and easy to understand. I do not detect a metallic taste, I have since purchased other Amy's soups and have to say I don't detect metallic taste in any of them. This soup is hardy without making you feel bloated or uncomfortable. This pairs well with crackers or even croutons. Highly recommended.

Good soup but majority of cans dented
I ordered this soup as it was a special and I like Amy’s products. The soup arrived and one can was dented. I contacted Amazon and asked if they could ship me a replacement can. Amazon sent me a whole case! Go Amazon! When the second case came 10 of the 12 cans were dented. I’ll throw those out and keep the 2 good cans. I’m not sure what’s going on with product control, but Amazon missed the mark. As far as the soup, it is very good but a little salty.

Bland Flavor
I wouldn’t buy this product again. The texture is some mushy. I can’t say the flavor was bad but I can also say that the flavor wasn’t particularly good. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere.
