Absolutely brilliant
I have used meditation cds every day for 20 years. This is my favourite of all in all this time !!! Wonderful calming voice,and the fantastic soothing sound of the waves make it very special. Brilliant for anxiety and insomnia. Highly recommended!

Enjoyable and relaxing meditations
Lovely descriptive visualisations, with relaxing music backing track and sound of waves. One for daytime and one for sleep. Narrator has friendly, soothing voice. Glad I bought it.

If it works!
This tape consists of too much TALKING and very little 'space' to listen to the music or anything else. Also the instruction to 'breathe through your stomach' is inconsistent with good practise. I became increasingly irritated by the incessant interruptions to my feelings of calm. In fact I turned it off and returned to my Pilates serenity exercises.

A WONDERFUL WAY OF RELAXING AND GETTING RID OF STRESS
This disc can help people at this awful time with Coronavirus lockdown. You can close your eyes and be transported to a beach or the countryside. The narrator has a wonderful quiet voice that lends it to the sounds of birds, water and the elements.As we are limited to what we currently can do, this Meditation disc is honestly just like going away to wonderful places!

Soothing cd but damaged cd box!
I dislike the fact that the cd box was damaged and that it will be difficult to take it away from home safely. No packaging - just a plastic bag! It should have had some padding!I like the fact that it is very soothing to listen to before settling down to sleep.
