Holds quite a lot and food stays cold all day with an ice pack or frozen bottle of water.

It was a little larger than I expected but I loved the way it was made. Easy to use and carry.

I purchased two of these recently, and the zipper jammed in the very same spot on both of them. I think it has to be a defective zipper but I cannot find where to contact anyone to let them know

Large and expandable. I bought a separate shoulder strap so it can fit over my head.

The zippers fall off super easily, so my son has already lost two. It makes the functionality much harder to use.

I really like this lunch box. It's the perfect size for my daily lunch when it's zipped up in its compact size. When I have more stuff I need to put in it, I can unzip it to its expanded size. I personally would prefer a simple handle on top instead of the clip handle, but the clip isn't a big deal. I also ditched the carry strap because I just don't use it that way, but it's nice to have the option.

Lunch bag lasted two months and now has a tear in it. I do not recommend.
