Brownell String Serving Multi Red

I'm new to this Archery thing and thought this was the actual bow string to launch arrows but found out later that I can use this string serving to repair the bow string, so yeah. I received mine with in 4 days so very fast and easy. Came in good quality and has lots to spare. So anyone whose about to buy this, it isn't the actual bow string to launch the arrows, its only to help the bow string last longer. Just to let others know who are new to Archery to not make the same mistake I did, but still was a win-win.

It's good quality serving thread. Has a good texture but is a little slick. I did as the book suggested and only pulled my ends through 7 wraps. Should have done how I was trained and pulled through 12 - 15. Those strings are holding much better.

I've used Red that look more pink than red, but this stuff is RED without a doubt.good Quality, I've used it for all types of serving purposes as well as tying in my Peep.Nice to have that bit of red above and below my peep.

As usual Brownell's products are top of the line. The serving string is probably the best you can get. I have not had a serving wear through or become fuzzy using Brownell's serving strings on traditional or primitive bows.
