Do i need to buy anything to help it stick to my skin?

For best results apply some Spirit Gum on the skin before working with the nose and scar wax

Would this work to stick cards to my face? For a Halloween costume with bloody cards stuck into my face?

Hello, thanks for your question. Are you trying to attach the bloody cards to your face on the edge of the card - as if the card was thrown at your face? Or do you just want the flat end stuck to your face? If you want the card to stick to your face on the edge, the. You could use the Scar Wax product. If you want the flat side of the card to stick to your face then it is better to use an adhesive such as Telesis 8F or Spirit Gum.

Would this work well to make a fake small shark bite on my forehead? btw its for halloween :))

Yes, I use it for Halloween and carnival purposes, to do the make up of mine and my friends!! It is perfect
