No online results

No online results. They send a email that states your results are ready then tells you you have to call. I actually sent out 2 samples one to PDT-90 & 1 to Hair Confirm who gave me online information that I could print & didn’t have to be bothered by phone calls or extra time. I’ve now used Hair Confirm twice, very please with that company.

Not easy getting results. They claim to send a email after you register. After 2weeks I called and my results were sitting there.

Accurate test results but qualitative not quantitative

The test is accurate. I have prescriptions for a couple of drugs, one that I only took for one day around 45 days ago. I took the hair test to see if it picks up the prescription drugs. The answer is yes. It picked up the drugs, even the one I took for only a day. It gave me no false positives. So, this is accurate. The results came back quickly. I took this test and HairConfirm at the same time and returned them in the mail together. It took me a week longer to get the HairConfirm test results back. So, if you want to know if a drug is detected or not quickly, this test was much faster. However, I did not get any quantitative results. I have no paper to confirm what the results of the test were. Hair Confirm sent me quantitative numbers with the cut-off quantities.So, if you want to know the amount, use Hair Confirm.

They do not provide online report

So no report was provided on line they suggested to call. Customer service rep speaks English worse than me! She could not distinguish 0 from 7 when I gave her code number! She said we release results only orally. Then I have to ask her to repeat what was positive. But worse thing that w/o online report I do not have proves of result! Wasting money. Will try other as well.
