Schwartz, simply the best
A well know brand Schwartz presents the quality expected. Buying in this size of container makes it much more economical. The container has two openings, one to sprinkle directly onto food, the other allows spoon access to the product.

Very Fine granules
I normally buy Schwartz garlic granules from the supermarket in a small glass bottle. These are much finer, almost like a powder. The jar is labelled as "granules" but I would say it's more of a powder like consistency.

What can one say, made by a well-known company. The only downside is the large size jar. Once opened, I will put the remainder in a Kilner jar and use the gadget to suck the air out so that it doesn’t clump.
