Good quality for carving meat with.
These are good quality items. I needed to hold down the turkey breast while slicing, as meat forks no longer work for me with my arthritis. One worked very well.

Awesome meat claws at a great price
I have never used meat claws before so these are amazing! How I went this long with trying to use two regular forks to shred with is crazy. I did 10lbs of smoked pork roast straight off the smoker in under 6 minutes. Definitely recommend and these were priced great. They are very sturdy, sharp and easy to use, clean up quick with soap and water.

Pork Shredding Made Easy!
My husband uses these after roasting our pork in the oven. He covers the pork with mustard (sometimes he skips this step so not necessary). Then he covers with seasoning, equal parts of salt + garlic + minced onion or onion powder. Sometimes he also adds equal parts paprika + cayenne pepper + black pepper. I think it tastes better that way, but my kids are more sensitive. Anyway we put that in the oven at 275° for 10 hours (restarting the oven after 5 hrs because it has a safety feature to turn off at some point). Then we let it rest for 1 hour before he quickly shreds it with this amazing product. Then we throw it into the dishwasher for quick cleaning.
