Definite Classics

Southern Classics has the following sections with 5 recipes for each one: Tomato Pie, Peach Cobbler, Creamed Corn, Catfish, Banana Pudding, Peas and Beans, Cornbread, Collard Greens, Squash, Fried Chicken, Caramel Cake, and Pecan Pie. There are some different recipes, for me anyways, offered up and great photos too. If none of the above or only some of the above interest you, this book probably isn't for you.
