Easy to open and taste great. Caffeinated ones like these help give me a boost of energy too!
These energy gels don't upset my stomach and give me the boost I need during my runs. Very convenient and east to open. Also, they taste great and aren't too thick to digest during my runs. Love the shot of caffeine that these particular gels have to give me a kick.

Saved me on a long hike
I was struggling with the incline on one of the hikes I did this summer. I tend to not be someone who eats while I hike, because it makes me nauseous. This particular hike, I was really struggling to make it and I felt like I was holding everyone back. I was glad to have packed a few of these and WOW did it make a difference. within a few minutes of eating one of them, I had a boost of energy and felt so much better. Even my heart rate adjusted. I loved the flavor and the ease of ripping off the top and squeezing out the contents. I purchased a 12 pack for the value. Good quality and I will buy again.

Good carb source
I use these while running. I really like the taste and the texture works for me. They can thicken a little if it’s cold out, but it thins out while you’re squeezing it out of the tube.
