This says it will fit both the dell sk-8115 and sk-3205, but they are different keyboards. will this fit the sk-3205?

The Leze cover fits like a glove on my Dell Keyboard Model - RT7D50. I went by the photo of the Amazon description; looked for the number of keys and the placement of the keys. Also, the raised keys and space-bar definition at the 'top-notch' at the top for comparison. The cover is very durable, yet thin attaches on the bottom side of the keyboard with pull-off tape and sticky edges. I put it on as the directions stated and it is perfect. The cover has been on since May, and the keyboard is used every day. No problems whatsoever. I hope that this helps.
