Will this work on windows 10?

Yes the AmaSeis seismic software included with the QM-4.5LV will work with all versions of Windows from Win98 to Win10, both 32 or 64 bit. There is also Mac and Linux software called jAmaSeis that you can find online.

Is it 3-axis, or does it just 1 or 2 axies?

It's a vertical unit, so only senses motion up and down.

How good would this device be to measure the size of local mining blasts that occur less than 3 miles away?

It will absolutely record them as spikes. I can see trucks driving in the street (and earthquakes of course)

Will this unit pick up 2.5 mag + within 50 miles? We are experiencing earthquake swarms in Oklahoma and I would like to capture the data.

Yes we have detected 2.5 mag + quakes within 50 miles with the QM-4.5LV. This requires turning off the AmaSeis software display filters so that you can see frequencies up to 1 Hertz.
