A vibrating skinny toothpick
That's what this is. I don't know why I thought that this held water like a WaterPik, a small portable one, but it doesn't ! Ok, so that idea went out the window. I tried it anyway and it really works wonders. Here's the reason why. I've got a new, slight space between 2 back teeth, just enough for food particles to get forced down into. When I would floss, the particles were SHOVED down into the gums. This is not good. So out came my old, still working, klunky water pick that I've had for well over a decade, hated the mess it caused and it was user unfriendly, but it worked great. That's when I went searching for a smaller portable WaterPik. This was not that, BUT I was able to slide the tiny pick UNDER the food particles and it vibrated them out....every time! A swish of water, or whatever, (I keep it on me at work, I'm a grazer for my 12hr shifts) and the space is food free! works great for my bridge too. If this thing only lasts a month, I'll replace it every month, that's how important and functional it is for me. The little picks don't last too long, I change it daily. A small price to pay for keeping my teeth and healthy gums. This may not work for everyone, those with braces might find it challenging and i expect it would shred the little picks quicker than usual. I also bought the Panasonic portable water pick and I'm going to buy another. It works great too! Oh, and this WaterPik also fits in my little cross-body purse I keep on me. It's always with me and no water needed!

Great dental tool
I read the bad reviews and I want people to hear what I think. I have used this tool for several years now and still am impressed with it. I still floss and use a sonicare electric toothbrush. The 15 additional tips don't need to be replaced very often. I may change them out twice a year. I rinse it well afterwards and let it dry. If the tip end starts to bend, I just clip off the tip end and it's fine. Someone said if it bends, it's no good, not true. Battery has to be replaced now and then, no big deal. Don't listen to those reviews. It is a good tool to have in your oral tool box!!

Useful little tool
This power flosser works well enough, although as others have noted it does NOT use water. The flosser works by inserting the plastic tip onto a powered hub which vibrates the tip in a gentle fashion and can work those items you don't want between your teeth out. The biggest annoyance for me is the tip storage magazine; it is molded plastic with a removal tool (for the used tips) built into it. The removal tool is a bit tight for removing the used tips and the spring action when I installed a new tip for the first time stopped securing the rest of the tips (I still have them lying loosely strewn about). In summation, mostly good item (especially for the price), but will get out of sorts as far as the replacement tips go.

Too Big and Bulky for Adequate Flossing
Too large to suit its purpose! Nothing like the old Oral B version which was convenient and perfect for quick and easy flossing! I only used it a few times because you can only use it on your front teeth not the hard-to-reach areas of your mouth (your back teeth and gums!) I even bought the costly replacement pics which I'll never use unfortunately!! I wish I had returned it, but I took too long to use it and missed the return window! The quality of the item is good but the item itself is basically useless! A big waste of money for me and I do not recommend it!!!

love this simple thing
too bad it looks like its being discontinued cause i love this thing! Bought 2 more for 6.99 plus loads of tip refills on their site so i don’t run out any time soon for it is the first thing that easily goes between my teeth and gum area without causing pain or bleeding (after 2 use for the bleeding part) like when i use floss/picks. this glides in there easily and doesn’t shred up like floss. my dentist who constantly tells us to use them pick plastic things to poke/massage at gum line between our teeth is going to be happy to hear i am finally listening after 4 yrs of not doing so.. recommend for ‘massaging your gums between teeth but, not for actual flossing between teeth themselves. this will not go between them, or rather will not go between my teeth since they are no real gaps between them.. only issue with this is it is hard to get between back two tooth.

Waterpik does not stand behind their product Waterpik Power Flosser Flexible Tip
Flosser works great. I am on my 3 flosser and have used for more than 10 years. The most recent one I bought from Amazon on March 8 2021 about 7 months ago. Unfortunately the cap that fits just below the tip broke and will not stay on the unit. This plastic cap can't cost more than a few cents. I wrote to Waterpik and their response was: Thank you so much for contacting Waterpik support. I am very sorry to hear that your Waterpik Power Flosser has cracked, however this is an older product of ours that unfortunately is not covered under warranty. Good customer service would be to just send me a new tip or even a new flosser as they only retail for $7.49. It isn't really worth my time to write the review for that small amount of money, but I wanted everyone to know Waterpik would not stand behind their product.

Tomato Bloom Pollination Device Also Flosses Teeth!
I am proud to say I don't know anyone who likes to floss, including me, but this inexpensive little tool makes it much less tiresome and almost pleasant. So I floss now, and my dentist and hygienist can actually tell that I am doing so. I always thought this flossing business was overrated with regard to long term effects, but I was wrong. Apparently flossing really does make significant long term differences, not to mention the shorter term advantages of not going around with food in my teeth, like Jaws. Who knew. Go figure. The battery lasts forever, and here's an added bonus: if you are a veggie gardener, this device is THE PERFECT TOOL for pollinating tomato blooms. Warning: if you are married, using your partner's flosser on your tomato plants may lead to marital instability. So buy two or more; one (or two) for your bathroom, and one for the garden. You may be grateful that I have decided not to include a video of me flossing with this thing, but I might submit an instructional video in June or July on how to get your tomato plants to bear fruit with it. Those of you with a sense of humor, stay tuned! Sincerely, Shawn - the perfect-checkup-veggie-grower.

My Second Purchase
This is my second purchase of the Battery Operated Waterpik Power Flosser Flexible Tip, and I have this one to keep in my travel pack. Some people see the company name Waterpik and think it should be used with water, but it is basically a flossing device that uses a thin-flexible plastic pick. When using the pick, it will fit in the gaps of your teeth so you can floss the teeth, and there is a button that is mashed to give a vibration effect to help clean and dislodge any debris. You can use the pick until it is no longer effective, but I would clean them between the uses. You will need to order Waterpik Power Flosser Replacement Tips FT-01 when you run out of the picks with the flosser kit. I use this in conjunction with my Waterpik Water Flosser.
