What about the installation? Does the company provide with the installation facility? If yes then is it charged separately?

No. I think since we purchased the item online No help or assistance was obtained from the Company. We installed the item with the help of an Authorised Plumber. Installing the item is so simple. The company has provided the paper template for fixing the screws, instruction are given properly, precautions to be taken are clearly mentioned, only thing, we have to purchase 3 pin power plug, inlet and outlet connection hoses. in my case the power indicator yellow bulb stopped working after one month. But the red bulb and cut off thermostat are ok. I wish I could get it rectified, whom shall I contact?

How much time it takes to heat a 15-20 Litre of water?

Its a instant geyser, when we open tap hot water coming continues but water flow is but slow because its instantly heat. Its good for bucket bath, If you use shower then water flow bit slow. I used it both purpose and I am satisfied with this.

Can this product be used as under sink geyser with tap at 2.5 feets above?
