As an electrician, the tools and components I use are not just about functionality; they're about reliability and efficiency. The Leviton 15 Amp, 120 Volt, Toggle Framed Single-Pole switch is one of those products that has earned its place as a staple in my truck and on countless job sites. What stands out immediately is the robust construction. The framed design adds a layer of durability that you can feel, and the toggle action is crisp and firm, indicating a quality mechanical design that will hold up to years of daily use. I've installed these in everything from new construction to remodels, and they consistently feel solid and well-made. Installation is straightforward, which is crucial for staying on schedule. The back-wired push-in terminals are a nice option for speed when you're dealing with solid wire, but the large, clearly marked screw terminals are my preferred method for a secure and long-lasting connection. The grounding screw is easily accessible, and the compact body fits well into standard electrical boxes without a struggle, even when you've got a bundle of wires to manage. In terms of performance, it's exactly what you'd expect from a brand like Leviton. It handles the 15 Amp load without any issues and has proven to be incredibly reliable. I've never had a callback for a failed switch from this series. Overall, this isn't a flashy designer switch, but that's not its purpose. It's a professional-grade, no-nonsense component designed to be installed once and forgotten about. For any residential or light commercial application where you need a dependable, high-quality toggle switch, this model is a solid, trustworthy choice that delivers excellent value. It's a perfect example of a product that does its job perfectly every time.

My husband and I have several rental properties and we are always doing a renovation or home repair. Every year we probably use five or six dozen receptacles and light switches, as well as new cover plates for each of those. Because of that, we are always looking to save money, and when I saw these switches, we decided to give them a try. They are great quality and as good as the ones you can buy in any of the big box or Mom and pop home improvement stores across the nation. We’ve not had a single problem with any of the ones that we have used. The cast savings is not huge, but as my dad used to say, “it all adds up”. We absolutely will be buying these light switches again.

You flip it up, it turns the light on. You flip it down, it turns the light off. What more do you want from a light switch? Well, okay, I'm not a big fan of Leviton's "quiet switch." For those who haven't used it before, it's supposed to make it so it doesn't make a click when you flip the switch on and off. I don't know about anyone else, but I've never thought of any light switches as being too loud... Anyway, apparently someone at Leviton felt that light switches are far too loud and we all need less loud light switches in our life, so they have these quiet switches. Mission accomplished. I have not gotten a single complaint about loud light switches since installing these babies. But... I do have a complaint about the sponginess of them. They don't give you the nice clear toggle from one side to the other. Instead you get kind of a spongy mush from one side to the other, and it sometimes stops somewhere in between and you're not really sure if it's supposed to on or off, so I have to very intentionally give it a nice push in the right direction to force it into its proper resting place. That complaint aside, they're light switches, they're cheap, I can deal with the sponginess at the price I paid for them.

Exactly as described. Nothing special but exactly what I needed. Good price and saved me a trip to hardware store. Would definitely recommend

The Leviton single-pole toggle switches are dependable replacements for standard residential light switches. The toggle action feels smooth and quiet, while the framed design gives each switch a clean, finished appearance once installed. The grounding connection adds an important safety feature, and the white finish matches common wall plates and home décor. The 10-pack is especially convenient for remodeling, replacing older switches, or updating several rooms at once. Installation is straightforward for someone familiar with household electrical work, though power should always be turned off and proper safety procedures followed. Overall, these switches are sturdy, reliable, and an excellent value, making them an easy five-star purchase.

Perfect for the replacement I needed. So easy to install and connect. Like it.

good switch. smooth quiet action: no clunk, no "hump" in the middle. Now sell it in ivory for a comparable price.

I bought these light switches for my project and I wanted to replace the dimmer switch with a basic on off switch, because it is kinda weird to have a dimmer switch for your bedroom closet if you ask me, I origionally installed this closet light with what I had on hand in 2009, and I finally got the time to replace the whole thing. They are silent operating switches, easy to install and they are well built and you get ten all together in a box. Great light switches indeed. They are easy to install, as they come with the screws to put them into a junction box. The screws are labeled, green for ground green or bare conductor, and two brass screws on the side which are brass indicating that the black wire which is the live or hot wire, one going to for an example a light socket on one screw and the wire coming from the power source goes on the other screw. They are quiet in operation and smooth to use. They are made of good materials and are built with excellent quality craftsmanship and are durable. Not a thing wrong with these light switches indeed.

Me gustó mucho Leviton muy buena marca

I replaced a few aging switches in my home with these Leviton Single-Pole Toggles, and they are exactly what you’d expect from a brand like Leviton.

De buena calidad, tal cual vienen en la imagen

As advertised. Didn't really need the quiet switch as it's in a workroom, but it works and is indeed quiet.
