TATA Swach Desire+ Gravity Water Purifier, Magenta, 27L (14L+13L)

The filteration process can take time as its a little slow but it filters very nicely and provides clean water each time, it is a very good option for middle-class families or people staying in areas with not good supply of water, it also comes with the Small pipe connection to be attached to the water supply so that water can be filled automatically. The body parts are of good quality and the water storage capacity is good as well. For the price at which this comes makes it totally worth it.

Baught this product around 3 weeks back, following are the overall observations: Pros: 1. Easy to install including cartridge and top mesh 2. Hose provision on top is added bonus 3. Water taste is good, we have a lil hard water but the cartridge doing a decent job there 4. Looks and colour is apt for kitchen 5. Tap dia is good giving good flow as required Cons: 1. Minor leakage can be neAr the tap where silicon washer is fitted,ours may be one odd case 2. Top cover little difficult to fit,need to adjust after water is filled inside 3. When the bottom tank is full water might get spilled from the gap between the top tank and bottom tank seal

Very good storage water filter from TATA. I was searching for a good water filter for long time and I am very satisfied after buying this product. Water filter quality is as promised by TATA. it's great. And it doesn't change the taste of the water. . Can't complaint there . Easy to install at home. And best thing is it's filter unit will last almost 1.5 year based on your usage . So less hassle there. ->Plastic quality could have been little better. ->One issue you will find that the lower water storage unit may spill water over if you put more water on the top storage unit which lower unit couldn't store. You have to calculate how much you are pouring in the top unit to filter.

I recently purchased the Swach Desire from Amazon, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the product. Despite the company's claims that the unit has undergone repeated revisions to test all fittings, the water continuously leaks from the purifier. This is simply unacceptable, especially considering the price point of the product. Furthermore, the poor fitting parts that do not fit properly make it difficult to assemble the unit. The tap design is also terrible, with a spraying outlet that is incredibly inconvenient to use. I have found myself having to constantly adjust the tap to prevent the water from spraying everywhere, which is both frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, I regret purchasing this product and would not recommend it to anyone. The leaking water, poor fitting parts, and bad design of the tap and spraying outlet make it a horrible product. Save yourself the money and invest in a different purifier that actually works properly.

The filter is fine. However, I am trying to get bulb cartridge to replace old cartridge. It is not available. It would be a waste of money if anyone buys this filter and later on needs to buy a new filter just because spare parts are not available.

Product build quality is very good. Plastic is very good. Cleaning time is more than 10 minutes for 1 glasa of water. Water test is awesome. Filter quality is also good. I am satisfied with the product. But the Delhivery courier is very bad. They give me the product after 3 times of out for delivery notice. 10 to 12 times called them also called Amazon customer service. The courier is very irresponsible. After 5 days of my location, finally I got it. Now I am very happy with the product.

After using several days , my conclusion is , works fine. Water taste is good, chlorine or iron taste can be reduced using this item. Only one filtration of water serves the purpose or not , i don't know. But unfortunately pure-it or other companies' manual filters not available in both online and offline (local) market. So it's the best choice for us. The main problem I faced is Upper lid/part not fitted properly. Otherwise it's a okay product.

It is good, you can get up to 5 liters per hour, it won't remove salt and chlorine smell that much, but it will do little bit, product is strong, they used good plastic.top mesh filter will clean some dirts and small particle from water.
