Jones Stephens G01850 CleanWave Sensor Activated Flush, Polished Chrome

The unit was easy to install (although it could have better instructions). However, it was showing intermittent operation right from day one. The wires that connected to the battery pack and the wires connected to the connector that goes to the flush handle, do not have strain-reliefs and are extremely weak and flimsy. It would not be surprising to see these wires break inside their insulation after users have used the unit for some weeks/months. The users would always need to remove the battery pack to replace the batteries, thereby causing the flimsy wires to get bent repeatedly which is likely to cause a failure.After wiggling the wires, the unit began to work but now it shows a blue blinking light (showing that it is ready) but the flush does not run, even if I put my hand directly over or in contact with the sensor. The batteries were brand new Duracell alkaline AA.I will try a replacement to see if it was one bad unit in hundreds. Will update the review accordingly.

Don't waste you money. For this price you would expect the thing to work. Worked properly maybe 5 times and now it doesn't if work. I have to manually flush. I did that before I spent the money. Yes, I replaced the batteries which both sets were new. Has only been installed about 4 days. Great idea, but so disappointed it doesn't work.

Loved it at first but now it won't flush. It has a blue light but will not flush.

What a great product! No more germy hands for us! It was easy to install (5 minutes) and works perfectly. My kids love it which means, they always flush :). I recommend this product to anyone with small children.
