While my phone handles most of my daily photos, nothing beats the feel of my Nikon D3400 for big trips. When my original battery died six months ago, OEM replacements were exorbitantly priced. I was skeptical about trying this affordable alternative, but it has worked flawlessly over two trips in the last three months. Both the battery life and charging speeds are excellent. Highly recommended!

This battery is good at this pricing but, as i an using it in d5600 , it does not give good backup, and life of battery is also not good, if u are looking for few months of battery used. Then this product is best at this range.

I got it for my Nikon D5200. I was rather skeptical about any third party accessories such as battery but original Nikon battery is way expensive and I was rather hesitant to spend extra money for this aging camera which anyway getting replaced in a near future. But I needed a spare battery for lengthy video shoots, so only option left was to go in for a third party one. After searching here and there , I settled for this Digitek battery. Yes, I checked all reviews including some very negative ones but at the end took the risk , after all just 1000 bucks . I won't go bankrupt even if this battery turns out to be a lemon ! Well, the long story short. I got this battery , it came so well packed that I got surprised , especially when the camera itself when I purchased 4 years back, was packed in a thin cardboard box ! Battery was almost fully charged when I received, so I could try it immediately. First the fitting: Yes , this is a perfect replacement for the original, 100%. it fits as if it is an original battery, both in camera and in the charger. no issues here what so ever. Battery lasted for 1 hours 8 minutes during the continuous full HD video shoot (well I needed to restart the camera after every 20 odd minutes but that is the camera restriction) then the battery lost its juice. Good performance indeed . Original Nikon battery typically gives just 10% more ( read: 5-10 minutes extra) for similar task. Then I charged this Digitek battery , it took the exact same amount of time to charge fully , as that of original Nikon battery , no heating , no hissing sound etc. . After charging it fully , I tried it once again , same performance. Well-done Digitek. By the way I have couple of other products from Digiitek like tripod etc. those also proved quite satisfactory , so Digitek is now becoming one trusted brand in my books ! So if you are looking for a spare battery , check this brand Digitek , and save some bucks, indeed , I mean it. .

For the money, the battery works extremely well. After about 1 and half year of use however, the battery has bulged up and it has become difficult taking in and out the battery🥲... The backup is still fine though... Edit: purchased second time. This one bulged way sooner and way more... dissapointing...

I purchased this battery pack to use as a backup for my camera, hoping for decent performance at a reasonable price. My experience has been terrible from start to finish, culminating in a dangerous product failure. From the very beginning, the performance was subpar. The batteries took a very long time to charge, significantly longer than the original. Once charged, they discharged incredibly fast, providing only a fraction of the shots my camera's original battery does. This was inconvenient, but what happened next was truly alarming. After just the third or fourth use, I went to swap out the battery and found it was completely stuck inside my camera body. It took a lot of careful and stressful effort to pry it out without damaging the expensive equipment. When I finally removed it, I was shocked to see the battery had visibly swollen up. A swollen battery is a serious safety hazard and it is completely unacceptable for a product to fail this way, especially after such little use. This isn't just a defective product; it's a dangerous one that could have easily caused permanent, costly damage to my camera. I am writing this review to warn other customers. Please, AVOID THIS BATTERY at all costs. The risk to your valuable equipment is not worth the minor savings. It's a complete waste of money and a potential hazard. I strongly recommend you invest in an original battery from your camera manufacturer or look for a much more reputable third-party brand.
