They deliver faulty product, Then the will not allow you refund, You are forced to order replacement They will not initiate your delivery You wasted your money now waste your time and energy on followup I m okay to accept product can be faulty but the replacement time make it worst experience

Goof and nice but flaw that it doesn't make water out by itself
Good product, looks nice and feeling very comfortable but only one flaw......can't let the water out by itself, only by ourselves take the whole tub to fill the tub for next time
