What is the return policy if they don’t work for our home?

No one has an easier return policy than Amazon

The lounge itself doesn't rust. The paint is wonderful. HOWEVER, the bolts supplied for the wheels do rust...not stainless steel.

Can this recliner be folded?

No, it cannot be folded completely. The most it can go forward is at approx a 45 degree angle. I keep it this position when my protective cover is on it.

Does this lounge outdoor chair feel bad lying down?

You need to use a padding to be comfortable.
