How to use for the first time can let me know the process

Hi, whether you buy bundles or sage loose leaves , remember that it is not a incense stick , some people are not used to heavy smoke and care needs to be taken for elders and children REMEMBER to keep the area well ventilated. The process is simple enough. If you have a heavy earthenware pot (something heatproof), then place the bundled sage or loose leaves (whatever you have bought) into the pot and light the tips of the leaves for a few seconds before extinguishing the flame. Be careful not to breathe in the smoke directly, and not to fill the area too thickly with smoke—this is not a fumigation, just a cleansing, so no need to go overboard. Then slowly walk around where you are and take the smoke to each area you would like to cleanse. Concentrate on areas, such as windows, doors. Also concentrate on the corners of a room. Most importantly, use your intuition. You can mix solid resin incense like frankinsense, Myrrh, Flower petals like rose lavender and cedar leaves to make the smoke more or less the way we INDIANS like , this way it will be a East clubbed with West for best smudging tool . Can we make sage tea from it

Hi For tea , salvia officianalis ( garden sage type) is only advisable. This is not used for tea, only good for smudge. Sage has 100+ variants by the way
