Dance Exercise Program: Starter Pack

Arrived fast and looked brand new, plastic wrapped, no damage to the DVDs inside. Operates as expected. The separate DVD of Latin dance instructions only was very easy to follow and the options of different views is a plus. I have no rhythm and have 2 left feet but I'm slowly improving my form with practice. The workout definitely breaks a sweat. I have a lot of fun learning latin dance and it makes the workout go by fast. I'm able to keep up a bit better with each session. It's only been a couple weeks. I dont notice a weight loss yet but my endurance has improved quite a bit.

When the workout DVD arrived, the DVD case was practically destroyed. The workout DVDs were unscathed, but the case is a goner. It won't even close once opened.

I had this DVD set and lost it in the chaos of moving several years ago. Product is brand new with shrink wrap. It was so worth the price. Can't wait to get started with the program!

Easy on the knees, but I can really feel their moves working my core. Not really enjoying the music, but I'll combine their moves with my own after I learn them. I bought this used & the dvds play great! I totally recommend buying used dvds. Saves money & gives someone else the opportunity to benefit. Good instruction, but I'm quick with choreography.

Since I bought it used, it is not surprising that it was incomplete. Only 3 of the 4 discs were included. As far as the program itself, it seems to be as advertised.
