Life saving product for me. It gave me my feet back.
This has been a life saving product. I have foot pain in the heel and arch areas for the last year. I had a heel spur so any extended period of walking will cause pain. I love to walk my dog so it hindered my activities. I spent money and research into various quality shoes to help alleviate these problems. It helps a little but not much and costs a lot. I went on Amazon and found this plantar fasciitis insole. I was skeptical that it would help but was desperate to try anything. It is somewhat costly for an insole but the reviews were very good. I took a chance and bought one to try. It took a short time to get used to the firmness of the insole but I can then feel the difference. My foot hurts less with each day. I continued to do certain exercises for my foot along with wearing this insole. At night, I also rolled a frozen water bottle under my feet along with massaging them with ointment. I am now wearing the insole on a regular basis and my right foot is starting to feel normal again after wearing the insole for about a month or so. It has improved a little each day. I waited until I know the product really helped before I wrote this reviews. I planned on buying a couple more insoles for the other shoes. This is a great product since it provides great arch support and helps to position your feet properly to lessen the pain. I highly recommend the product. Hopefully, it helps other customers like me. They also sell the hybrid and gel insole which is softer but I have gotten used to the firm rubber and it seems to be most effective. I don't even feel it anymore in my shoes. Thank you for a great product.

Jury is Still Out
I'm on the fence as to whether this is actually helping or not. I find the gel in the back portion of this to be helping my sore heel really well and when I'm wearing it, that part of my foot feels much better. However, the bump that sits right in my arch and at the front of my heel is really uncomfortable and then causes me to adjust my walk which then impacts my back. So... just not sure if I need more time to get used to this. I've been wearing it pretty consistently for about two weeks. The really good feature is that it fits really well in dress shoes/flats which my normal orthotics do not. It doesn't slip out or cause my foot to slip which is really helpful and it is a low enough profile that it fits in all my shoes and boots.

Will definitely help your feet and ankle issues
These are incredibly comfortable and I do think they are helping my plantars fasciitis. The first time I wore them I went for a jog and then to work where I am on my feet all day. I was not at all sure about them. They felt weird and didn't seem very therapeutic so I just left them in shoes at work and forgot about them for the weekend. A few days later my ankle started really acting up, not sure what I did exactly but it wasn't good. I actually even tried wearing my hiking boots to work for the added support to see if it would help but that was definitely not the case. So the next day I tried out the pads again and I felt INSTANT RELIEF in both my ankle and my foot. It was amazing! Even after sleeping I don't have that morning hobble as much as I used to. My feet also don't feel nearly as tired after a long day on my feet after wearing them.

Relief at last!
These really, truly work! I've been suffering from PF for 3 months and have tried everything--PT stretching, insoles, icing, using a sling at night. All of these gave some relief, but it was still heavily impacting my daily life and my feet would be throbbing most evenings. The first day I wore these insoles I was able to log close to 15k steps--it's been a struggle to get above 5k since my PF developed. I wasn't even in pain afterwards. I was able to work in the yard all weekend, and woke up today (day 4) with virtually no pain in my feet first thing. These are different from any other insoles I've tried. They do hurt a little to wear when you first put them on, kind of like if there is a marble in your shoe, but it goes away quickly, and is still less painful than my PF pain without them. After 3 months of constant pain, I didn't think anything was going to improve my PF, but a few days with these insoles and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

These have really helped!
These have saved my feet. They provide just the right amount of cushion to help my heel not hurt as much when I am on my feet or walking all day. They fit really well into my tennis shoes (I wear a size 9 in women's and the medium fit great!) I don't wear shoes without them.

P.F. Pain is preferable to the pain of these
At first I thought this was heaven sent how perfect! But as the day went on it suddenly became an awfully pain. I couldn't even wait for my break time I just stopped where I was and pulled these out of my shoes. I operate heavy machiner at a place you my know... Especially since your here...( This is my first time in a job like this in our new normal of 2020, so this kind of extended standing and moving heavy things is new to my teachers body) At this job we are on our feet for a long time; hour 1-5.5 were great I thought these were the winner but in a snap it became a throbbing shooting pain that brought tears to my eyes. Everyone's feet are different but if you give these a try I strongly recommend doing as I did and grab a different type as well because your feet are important. And for me __ ______ worked better for my feet. I have high arches and plantars fasciitis.

Didn’t stay in place — even customer service admitted better without socks
I tried the gel heel version of these inserts, and while they technically fit inside my shoes, they absolutely did not stay in place — especially when wearing socks. When I reached out to customer service (who were very responsive, by the way), their answer was that they “work better without socks.” That’s something I wish had been made clear upfront. Even barefoot, they still felt like there was almost nothing in my shoe at all. To be fair, the company does have good customer service. They told me not to bother returning them and to just donate the pair, which made the process hassle-free. But overall, these didn’t deliver the heel support I was hoping for. It’s also worth noting that the reviews on the product page are grouped for all the different versions they sell, so the experience may vary depending on which type you order. For me, I ended up going with another brand altogether.

Last straw and was not disappointed!
I suffered a traumatic injury to my bilateral heels and fascia one year ago. It took 7 months for my left broken heel to fully recover. In the interim of wearing an air cast for 7 months I developed plantar fasciitis. I have surgery scheduled at the end of the month for Fascia Release due to chronic and somewhat debilitating plantar pain. It has affected my physical, work, and mental well-being due to pain from walking and standing. I have tried physical therapy, custom orthotics, top of the line shoes (vionic; hooka one one), inserts, dry needling, icing, acupuncture, and so on over the past year. So basically - I have tried everything to minimize pain. I was recommended these inserts by my 4th consult (podiatry and orthopedic surgery) to try these inserts. The first 2 days I was in extreme pain but pushed through and I am so glad I did. It has been 2 weeks and this is the most relief I’ve felt in a year. I literally put these on from the minute I go to bed until I take them off at night. My pain isn’t 100% gone but I will say since slipping them into my shoes 2 weeks ago I feel like at least 80% of my day I am not agonizing over foot pain. I still have issues when I go from a prolonged sitting position to standing but the discomfort subsided quicker than in the past with the inserts in. Because of the progress I feel I am making I have cancelled my surgery coming up in 2 weeks. I WAS SO SKEPTICAL- I kept saying great more money on crap that won’t work but BOY WAS I WRONG! I’m leaving this review now because I am ordering 2 more pairs because I am sick of switching my heel cups between shoes. Love these- as a last resort they haven’t disappointed!

Amazing for plantar fasciitis sufferers
I was very sceptical about these, having bought everything for plantar fasciitis pain relief that exists in the world, with no joy. I have been wearing these for over a month, and initially, they were a bit uncomfortable. But after a couple of days, you get used to them and genuinely don’t even notice them anymore. And they work *amazingly* well. You’ll notice that after your first day of wearing them. I find my offending foot doesn’t hurt *at all* the day after I wear these. However, if I spend a day indoors without wearing these at all, the plantar fascia pain comes back slightly the next day. So I’ve actually just bought a pair of the indoor heel seats by this company. I am a keen runner and have been able to run 12k a day, four or five times a week, without any significant pain (possibly a little niggle here and there, but these last few days have been zero pain). I used to wake up and have to hop to the bathroom on my one good foot, and now I can just walk straight there, like in the old days, before I had any heel pain! I went to the hospital last week for the steroid injection, (which had been booked in Jan) but when they did the ultrasound they said my plantar fascia looked really healthy and they didn’t need to go through with the injection in the end. These have literally changed my life. I highly recommend. (Along with a bit of ice for the heel and an ibuprofen just in case, if you’re into running).
