Does this product use the same formula as recommended by Brian Peskin including his manufacturing methods?

Certainly YES. There are a few distributors,Amazon being one of them. But they all carry the same product. This is the one I buy.

What is the ratio of Omega 6:3? Is it close to 4:1? Thanks

the only information I've ever been able to garner on the ratio is from the label, where is just states that there are more 6 than 3. this could be as low as 2:1 by that statement, so I don't know for sure. I did want to attempt to answer this question as best I could, or maybe more accurately couldn't, because I really do believe this product works and makes a difference in my day to day life. sorry I couldn't be more specific to your question, but did want to share my positive experience with this product. thanks.

Can you tell me if the gelatin capsule is pork, beef or fish derived?

Gelatin capsules are not vegetarian. Gelatin is listed as an ingredient and it is an animal product. Veggie caps are not made of gelatin. The company only claims that the parent oils contained in the capsules are plant-based, not the capsules. TOO BAD! I'd love to find something like this in veggie caps to avoid common contaminants in gelatin.

Does coconut oil fall under the PEO domain as an essential oil

As far as I understand, PEOs are linoleic and alphalinoleic acids. They are called essetial because the body need them can't produce them. Coconut oil is basically lauric acid in triglyceride form. Their chemistry is different as it's phisiology but they are all healthy oils.
