What type of sweetner is used in this product?

Hello.  They use Splenda (sucralose) to sweeten the mousse.  There is no aspartame.  I hop this helps.

DirectionsOne Envelope Yields: Four 1/2 cup servings. Pour 3/4 cup (6 fluid ounces) very cold skim milk into a mixing bowl. Add the contents of 1 envelope of Sans Sucre Mousse. Using an electric mixer, blend on lowest speed until mix is blended. Slowly increase the mixer speed until highest speed is reached, whipping for a total of 5 minutes. I'm wondering if the total carb count INCLUDES the milk? If so, do you know how many carbs it has on its own? Using almond milk would drop the count.

1/2 cup serving is approx. equal to 1/2 cup lowfat milk diabetic exchange... so the 7g carb is the prepared mix.  I have used the Almond Breeze regular in the mix and the carb count remains at about 8g per 1/2 cup serving.  The almond flavor pairs well with chocolate mousse or chocolate cheesecake
