These arrived quickly, one day after my order, and I immediately tried to core some ripe jujubes I had just picked from one of my trees. I got a fail in that department. The jujube skin is too thick, and these tools are too dull, for these to do anything but cause the corer to explode out of the far end, crumbling the jujube, because they are unable to cut through the skin on the far side. I'm sure they'll work well in other uses, just not for jujubes. Despite all the adverts for corers that work on jujubes, I've gotten all fails except for a serrated .5 inch corer which works well on larger jujubes. So my search continues for corers that will actually work on jujubes large and small.
