iPhone error comes up and says the devise is not supported. True?

I just tried with my iPhone that is ok. There are some instructions on the detailed page on the product listing as well as the video for "how to use ". This will give you some idea for iPhone connection issue. Otherwise, you can also contact with our customer service by message via Amazon. We will help you to figure it out at the first time. Thanks

How long does it take to charge, Andrew how long does it last after charging?

2.5-3 hours charging and 1.5-2 hours battery life time!

Does it Massage the wrist too? Does any beep models work for the wrist?

no..it does not massage the wrist...just holds it so other section massage the palm and fingers.

Love how in amazons description it clearly states female yet people leave bad reviews due to it not fitting a mans hands?

Thank you for contacting Breo. The size of WOWOS is relatively smaller than ipalm520E/Pro, which is another hand massager that works for both women and men. WOWOS is originally designed to help female customers and male customers with relatively small to medium size of hands better relieve their hand pain and soreness. If your hand's size is more than 7.5 inch, there is a huge possibility that WOWOS may not fit your hands well. Under this situation, iPalm520E/Pro should still be your primary choice to relieve wrist soreness and pain. Let me know if this answers your questions!
