Will this hydrometer not read proof of my alcohol? If not, i may got the wrong kind.

It will read low percentage such as beer and wine. You need a 0-200 proof hydrometer for distilled spirits

Is it used to measure the density of raw cow's milk?

I previously answered "NO", but I was mistaken. This device WILL IN FACT measure the density of raw cow's milk PROVIDED THAT YOU ADD SUGAR (2 POUNDS PER GALLON OF MILK) AND BREWER'S YEAST. ALLOW THIS RECIPE TO FERMENT FOR APPROXIMATELY 7-10 DAYS (USE A CARBOY AND A GAS TRAP). This "mash" should have an ABV of about 7-8%. If you "cook/distill" six gallons this recipe it should give you a final yield/ABV of approximately 6 quarts of 100 proof "raw milk spirits". That's the truth but you will need a "spirits hydrometer" to measure fluids with a high ABV.

is Triple Scale Alcohol Hydrometer reusable?

Yes, made of glass. Just clean and take care not to break it.

Can this be used to test distilled spirits?

No only low alcohol such as beer and wine. You need one that tests 0-200 proof and North Mountain has one for 8 bucks on amazon
