the SLC 10x42 fog in humid temperatures?

I have the 8x42, but all the Swarovskis, like all high end binocs use nitrogen gas in the chambers so they are highly resistant to fogging. i have never seen fogging in mine. Though expensive, these are outstanding optics, especially in low light situations, early dawn and twilight, the best times for birding.

Good glass, though not quite what I was looking for-

I’ve had a pair of Zeiss for quite a while (20 yrs. plus), and decided to give these a try following a car accident into a river where I lost the others. When I ordered these, I thought I was ordering the ELs. I should have realized I wasn’t by the price. However, they are nice and clear, with excellent resolution. Great glass. I changed because of the ergonomics and the chance to try something different- Of course, Zeiss may be better than that now, as well. I only have one problem with them. I REALLY wanted the EL series and now, with my income, I can’t afford to get another pair and I am stuck with lesser quality binos for another number of years, though these ARE excellent, just not what I thought I was ordering. Not Swarovski’s fault. I checked order history and I clearly ordered the wrong pair.

You wont be disappointed

I have always had cheap binos for birding and told myself one day I'll buy a pair that will be my last. These live up to every expectation. I was originally looking at zeiss and leica but they just didnt compare unless I went with thier $2600+ pairs. Worth every penny if you want to see birds like never before.
