Is the green shirt included?

Yes the green shirt is included, also comes with white gloves.

My son is a tall 7 yo and thin. He's 53", his t-shirt size is 6 but he wears a sz 8 on pants for the length. Should I size up to 10-12?

how do kids go to the bathroom in this? are the pants separate from the top?

This is a jumpsuit with hook and loop closure on the back, and it would have to be removed for bathroom use.
