These are AWESOME. They completely changed my CPAP experience and improved the quality of my life. Here's what I love about them:Cuts way down on leaks. Mask leaks were waking me up more than my breathing problem was. These nearly eliminated leaks for me (I use two, one stacked on top of the other).Extends my cushion life toTHREE months (was about half that for the previous mask brand I was using - just depends on your mask type). The oils from my face no longer get on the mask, so they don't contribute to its deterioration.Makes mask more comfortable... latex isn't pressed against your face all night. These stopped the breakouts I was getting from the cushion.I use two at a time and I can use them for about a week before I have to change them. Just be careful not to move them when you take the mask off; allow them to sit where they are, conformed to the mask. If you need to wash your mask carefully remove the RemZzzs and then carefully put them back in place - do not allow them to separate from eachother. I find that if the two RemZzzs separate from each other when I take the mask off in the morning, I have to change them that night to ensure comfort and leak prevention.I think that's it! I don't normally post reviews for personal items, but these have helped me so much it would be kind of a crime not to share.

A few small issues but overall it's a great improvement to the C-PAP wearing world.
These liners seem simple, but help make the mask more comfortable. They appear as a scrap of some sort of t-shirt material cut into a triangle with a hole in the center. I even tried to make my own. My version was a failure, but the RemZzzs works great. That little scrap of material serves as a barrier between the rubber liner of the mask and your skin. The soft material is a lot more comfortable than the rubber. Add to that the ability to prevent some leakage and the lack of red marks on your face in the morning and you have a winner. It's not perfect, doesn't stop all leaks and sometimes it partially falls inside the mask and has to be retrieved and reset on the edge. Not big problems. I have a love/hate relationship with my machine. This helps me love it just a little more!

The liners work like decribed, reduces air leaks and facial marks
I use this item for my bipap machine. Like most of you, the leaking woke me up many times a night, I have tried the ones you pull over the masks. They made my nose itch and got discussing after a few washes. These liners smell better than the pullover and are easier to use. don't have to trim, or constantly readjust. they cost a little more but it is worth it. Just try one pack, and you will not use any other.

Keep these on hand at all times!
I've been buying these for years and I love them. My face is prone to acne, but these keep my mask area from breaking out. I'm able to use each one for about 5 days before tossing it. You can wash and reuse them, but I don't have the time to iron them out. The best part is that they make my mask last for much longer because the oil from my skin doesn't get to the silicone.

Waste of money.
I bought this to cover the face mask on my CPAP. The face mask irritates my skin and I typically walk around with a chapped, dry, red face everywhere the mask touches my face. I have tried several products and nothing has worked yet. I thought this product might work because it doesn't have bulky material with elastic, which interferes with snapping the mask onto the face mask holder. The problem with this product is that the entire cover isn't large enough and the hole that is supposed to expose the opening of the face mask isn't large enough. Cover is only large enough to stick your nose thru, which is useless for a full face mask. The hole needs to be larger, and the cover needs to be larger to extend beyond the edges of the face mask. This was a good idea; it isn't made to truly fit a full face mask though, so my face is still getting irritated. The cover also slips. When trying to use it, I woke up 2 times feeling as if I was suffocating because of the cover slipping and actually covering my nose and mouth. I am disappointed in this product; I truly thought it was going to work. I wasted my money though and I honestly can't recommend this product to anyone. I had to open the product in order to try it out, therefore I can't get a refund. I used the product for 3 nights and then tossed them in my nightstand. I threw away $39 plus on yet another useless product.

These worked great for me!
Unfortunately, I have developed an allergic reaction to the silicone in my c-pap mask. I needed a barrier so the mask would not come in contact with the skin on my face. These worked extremely well for me. A tad bit difficult to get them to line up and place them on so they don't fall of before you finally put the mask on, but believe me, I have tried the others from Amazon, and these are by far the very best to use for the purpose I needed them for. It's not really difficult, just a bit annoying I would say. So far, I have had no, absolutely no, problems with leaks with these. The others I have purchased leaked all the time and kept me up most of the night. These did not and still do not cause me any problems. I will be purchasing these again unless for some reason my insurance will cover the cost of these types of covers for people who have allergic reactions to their c-pap mask materials. Well worth it!!

Tricky and pricy but they are comfortable
I was starting to have a reaction to the silicone on my face, particularly rubbing and pressing on the sides of my nose which prompted the purchase. It is tricky getting them to stay while you try to put on your mask. Once on and in the correct place, they work quite well. They are comfortable and thin. Since it is common to have leaks at the nasal bridge and into the eyes, the little bit of loose fabric helps prevent eyes from getting dry. That is a huge bonus. What I don't like about them is:1. the hole is a little small for both nose and mouth.2. they are flimsy so you may get two nights out of them before they curl up too much and stretch out too much.3. they are meant to be disposable so they are very costly.4. they do not have any way to adhere to the mask.because of the price and difficulty getting them to stay in place while you put them on, I give it 3 stars. If they made mask covers instead of liners with a slightly thicker material, I would invest in those.

Poor fit
The whole in the liner is much too smallOnly reaches to the middle of my lip.If I try stretching it just goes back again. As others said they do ride up and are uncomfortableVery expensive at a dollar a day
User
Product is very small.
I had bought these and did not have to use them for awhile till my old ones ran out. When I went to use these lines in my Airfit F20 they didn't work. Even with stretching them they do not. I can no return them because I wait too long to try them, so that is my own fault. So in my opinion these filters are of little use and a total waste of money.
User
Not bad, expensive
UPDATE - these liners are not secured, I have had issues of them slipping off & moving, waking up with them digging in my eye which has left my eyes sore & vision blurred. Please be aware & careful. For what they are they are VERY overpriced! They do give a bit more comfort & have lessened the leaks, however rip off price!I will try another reusable type.

Very useful
Love these!! Made the air leak from the top of my mask less intense. Itโs great. I wished I found them earlier.

I was suggested by my BIPAP therapist to try these mask liner with a BiPAP machine and a full face mask. The extreme force of air from the BiPAP broke the seal of the silicon mask. So I tried using these pads to seal the the mask against the skin of my clean face. The pad liner also leaked air every time I tried theme with the BiPAP. I used a new one every night without any help. The pad leaves a particles from the pads and gets dirty quickly.Better Used in my opinion with a CPAP machine I had owned and found these pads helped rid the indentation on the nose after every use.
