These are great, and loud! My husband had major surgery and needed my assistance for just about everything. This allowed me to "leave his side" knowing that if he needed me, like to get out of bed or walk somewhere, he just had to push the button. I plugged one receive in my office, and the other I carried with me when I went outside. We put the caller buttons by the bed and by his recliner. I could be outside in my potting shed (probably 100 feet away from where he was) and it still worked. I love the fact that you get two call buttons, and one plug in receiver as well as one with a clip that you can carry around with you! This save a lot of "calling out" or taking chances because I didn't hear him!

This is a great and reliable system. Have used now for about 5 months. Have one attached to a FWW and the other attached to the wall near the bedroom floor in case of a fall. The receiver is plugged into our kitchen with the portable receiver attached to me. Works great and a good price.
