Kingdom Traditional Oriental Area Rug Sage Green Design D123 (5 Feet 2 Inch X 7 Feet 1 Inch)

We are pleased with this area rug. It lies flat on the floor easily. It is easy to vacuum. It did give off a little bit of a chemical smell for the first week, but that disappeared in time. I feel this rug is a good value. It looks well made. My husband loves it.

I just got this rug in today, so this is a very initial review. The rug came in good packaging, and okay time, not the best time for something on Amazon, but more than okay for shipping time for a rug. I unrolled it and it is laying somewhat flat, still needs to be weighed down for now and still has some areas that are trying to stick up, but I expect that to go away in good time. This rug is not the most comfortable rug I've ever bought, but I did not expect it to be considering the price. I figured that the main selling point was the looks, which I bought it for. And oh boy about the looks, does it ever look good. From standing and sitting heights it looks beautiful. Closer up and you start to see a small lack of detail in some places, but that can really only be expected for this price tag. This rug is incredibly formal, and I'm not sure if you need me to tell you this, but it makes any space more formal instantaneously. So maybe not the best bet if you want a casual space. And the color, I was worried about the color buying this online, as all the other greens in this room match perfect and it would stand out if it didn't, but I can attest that it is truly hunter green, not a forest green, not a dark green, a beautiful hunter green that matches perfectly with the other hunter greens in my space. I might also add that it is fairly thin. Not in an obnoxious, flimsy way, but just not the thickest rug out there. I plan to layer it on top of another larger rug to extend the space covered, so this is a good thing for me, and I don't think there will be any issues. One last note is that when the rug comes out of the package, it does have a somewhat chemical smell. I don't think this is really odd. I've bought a lot of things that this has happened with. It is called "off gassing" and it usually clears up in like a week. You can air the rug out or open your windows to speed it up. Its not the most obnoxious smell, or dangerous as far as I know, but worth noting. But, all in all, I would gladly recommend this rug.

I had been looking for rugs for quite awhile. Finally made up my mind to purchase one from a local retail store in town that I was just ok with. I came home without it because I wanted to look on Amazon one more time before the purchase. I found this brown and tan rug and decided I'd try it out instead. The price was much cheaper than the one I saw in the store so I thought why not. OMGoodness!! I'm so glad that I looked on Amazon again. The quality and colors of this rug are true to the pictures, but it still far exceeded my expectation. It fits neatly under our dining table and looks beautiful. I am so happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this rug for you to purchase. One little caveat but nothing to sweat about is the ends on one side of the rug were curled upward due to packaging. We turned the Rug upside down and placed our sectional ottoman on that end for a day, even though a few hours probably would've worked. Now, as you can see by my pictures, there are no ends curling up at all. We also bought the matching runner for our hallway which we love as well. Again we placed a small ottoman on one end, but this time we left the rug upright. The next day the curled end of the runner was good to go!

Nice quality, beautiful rich colors like in the picture.

Incredibly durable, heavy side stitch that holds up to wear and tear. With two huskies, two older teens, and in a high traffic area this rug has held up like a champ. Could not be more impressed with the quality. Its design and colors are very nice too. I wish this company would make more colors and styles. Is outfit my house with a variety of rugs from them.

If you want a classic, elegant looking area rug in a dark color, this is for you. The green is absolutely beautiful and it really stands out against my floor.
