Why so much? Costco sells for 9.99 a bag

Costco bag is 9.5oz and on sale currently for $6'ish. I'm guessing someone is buying these at Costco, marking them up and reselling them through Amazon.

No where on the package does it state that the product is kosher.

Couldn't you just make these by baking parmesan? I make my own taco shells and chips from cheese, wouldn't this work the same?

Wouldn't be the same. I think they use a process where they make a Parmesan foam which they bake.
