Are these sandals durable?

Yes, these sandals are crafted with high-quality materials to ensure durability and long-lasting performance.

these came up in a search for shower shoes--would they be good for that?

Yes, these sandals would be suitable for use as shower shoes. They are designed to excel in water-related activities and provide good traction even on wet surfaces. However, it is important to regularly clean and maintain the sandals, especially the buckle area, to prevent any buildup of moisture or potential slipping hazards.

Are these sandals suitable for hiking?

These sandals are more suitable for casual summer activities rather than hiking. They may not provide the necessary support and protection for rugged terrain.

Can these sandals be worn with orthotics?

I haven't tried that. They are open yet the do have a lip or rim around the top that sets the foot in a cradled position but I'm not familiar with orthotics and how they would play out.
