I tried taking it as alternative for acid reflux meds, ppi specifically, but unfortunately it causes my stomach to hurt a lot and lingers for days, hopefully it works for you but the only thing it did for me was use $41. I am skeptical of these type remedies but my doctor said I needed to get off NSAIDs that I have been taking regularly for half my life. I ordered these after searching the web. I have been taking them 1 in the morning 1 in the evening for about 3 months. I have not taken any NSAIDS for 2 months. My neck, back, knees and feet are nearly painfree.
