I would recommend this book because it's not that expensive and at a minimum, it can serve as an excellent reference. Even if you have to tweak the recipes somewhat. I think it gives you a better starting point than the copycat recipes. I have not tweaked anything. But naturally, salt and pepper to taste is an important item for any cook. Excellent Chicken Bryan

Great Recipes

Wonderful Cookbook!
I originally had a hard copy of this cookbook but lost it in a house move so I was excited to find this kindle version. Every recipe in this book is absolutely delicious!!!

Overall happy. Shipping could be better
Overall satisfied. Book was put in a bubble bag with no cardboard backing, so the spine corner arrived damaged. Frustrating and disappointing, but not the end of the world. If the seller would have โwrappedโ the books like Amazon does (sandwiched between two pieces of scrap cardboard and wrapped), there would have been zero damage. Life will go on, just hoped for better.

The Next Best Thing to Eating At Carrabba's
My husband and I eat at Carrabba's at least 2-3 times a month and we LOVE their food, so when I heard that they had come out with a cookbook I went right away and ordered a copy. I'm writing this on Christmas Eve because we just finished our first ever Christmas Eve meal for friends and family at our house and I used three recipes from the Carrabba's Italian Grill Cookbook - TOTAL win!! I fixed all but one of my side dishes from their cookbook and everyone went nuts and wanted to know where I got the recipes. If you're looking for easy-to-follow recipes with a lot of WOW-factor, then pick up a copy of the Carrabba's cookbook - you won't be disappointed. They did an excellent job of making the directions simple enough for the novice cook who doesn't have access to the Carrabba's professional kitchens. I was concerned that the steps would be too complicated, but each of the dishes was easily made in my home kitchen and required no fancy tools or expensive, hard-to-find ingredients. With simple step-by-step instructions, I was able to create dishes that were similar to what we order at Carrabba's, and my guest were totally impressed. Overall - HIGHLY recommend this cookbook!

Carrabba's every week! YAAHOOO!
Very happy to have this cookbook so I can have Carrabba's every week! (The restaurant is a treat for special occasions, I am on a tight budget.๐). Many favorite recipes from the restaurant, and a huge added plus are the advice, tips and techniques included on Italian cooking, grilling and many other things (how to correctly pronounce fagioli, for instance). Some have commented that the recipes aren't 'exactly like the restaurant's versions. Its going to be up to me to achieve the best/closest to Carrabba's restaurant with my skills. I have been in the restaurant business for many years, and I would never publish a cookbook with my secret and signature recipes exactly as I make them. Its my proprietary property and lifeblood of my business! So I am appreciative that Carrabba's published this cookbook as a guideline. Its a lot of goodies and I will enjoy it, as will my family and guests!

It's Carrabba's
If your like me you go nuts when Carrabba's stops serving their seasonal limoncello bread pudding. If you do not feel that way then you must not have tried it. If you have a local Carrabba's go, though you may want to ask if they are serving the limoncello bread pudding first. Now that you are an addict like me you can get your fix off season. The recipe for limoncello bread pudding and all your carrabba's favorites are included in this book. But unlike many restaurant books it is approachable. The recipes have been adapted to the home kitchen and made possible for the mere mortal. Further the book is packed full of instructional material and tips to help you exceed your mere mortal cooking capabilities. This book was worth it's price for the Limoncello Bread Pudding recipe alone. I can not wait to try all the others.

Wonderful Recipes with Clear Instructions
I love Carrabba's... in particular, their Chicken Bryan. I have tried copycat recipes that never measured up. In this book, they give the real recipe which also includes broiling instructions. Turns out I have been broiling too close to the heat source my entire life! Who knew? So this single recipe has altered how I broil every single boneless chicken breast that comes into my kitchen. The lemon-butter sauce used in the recipe can be used for pasta, pork and fish as well. The grill seasoning used in this recipe I now use for all my broiled and grilled beef and chicken. It would probably work for pork as well but I haven't tried it. Using these recipes at home aren't exactly the same as eating at Carrabba's (I don't have access to a wood fueled grill) but they are as close as you can expect at home and much better than the copycat recipes I have attempted in the past. In particular, the Lemon-Butter sauce is amazing. (This review refers to the e-book version)

For those of you that frequent florida as we do, this was a gem of a find. This restaurant is a favourite of ours so discover they had a cookbook was great. We have made several of the recipes and tried to re create the atmosphere.

Amazing Italian food!!
Carrabba's has been my favourite chain restaurant in the US for years! Now I can finally enjoy their recipes at home, in Canada. This cookbook includes a majority of their most popular dishes, including the amazing grill baste and grill seasoning, for the most mouth-watering steak you will ever have! The recipes are easy to follow, with a picture of almost every one. I turn to this book for everything Italian now!

Love it!
I LOVE this cookbook - it is become a staple in my collection, a book I use often. Some recipes take time, but there are a few that are quick enough to prepare during the week. The meatballs are incredible, and the Lemon Butter Sauce is amazing.
